...sadly Meglos you are right on the button with this statement... if it doesn't look good in their bio when you click onto their website or it doesn't look good when it's flashed up on our TV screens when you first meet them then you have no chance... if someone was on social benefits then you wouldn't even be allowed onto the set in the first place... Masterchef is way too elitist and snobby for it's own good in my opinion... cheers.

Exactly. Why do these shows even have to tell us what the contestants do? An unemployed person has just as much right to participate as everyone else, but I bet the show would force them to think of a more elite description.

I'm still blown away that they said this. You'd expect it on MKR, but MasterChef is *supposed* to be the one that is all about cooking. They've really dropped the ball by letting that comment through.

...yet again Meglos you are spot on with this too... the editors must've thought that they stuck a goldmine when that happened... the strangest part is though that they used it as a diversionary tactic to make us think that Eloise was going home for sure but it never worked anyway... for a start...

(1)... she was 'pretty'... she was never going home...
(2)... she was one of their favourites... she was never going home...
(3)... Ray is their scripted underdog... he was never gong home...
(4)... we all knew that they had it in for Pete from the get go... he was going home...

...as I said earlier in the show... they need to replace Gary and George... that's the only time that this show will ever become a fair competition again... otherwise it will never be great again in my opinion anyway... cheers.
 
...I'm still curious as to why Matt wasn't there tonight?... perhaps he already knew just how unfairly this was going to be run tonight perhaps because he read the script to see who was going before they even began cooking and it upset him that much that he couldn't face Pete perhaps?... lol!... (I so love being a cynical git sometimes)... lol!... cheers.

...Eloise was their favourite a couple of weeks back but now Tamara is most definitely their most favourite young 'pretty thing' now... Gary and George are the worse for having their 'pets'... not so much Matt... they're a pair of mongrels the way that they treat some of them and fawn and drool over other young 'pretty girls' in the crowd... it's so pathetic really Bluefin... just so that you can see who I'm talking about... Tamara is on the 4th line and is the 2nd last one... cheers.

Well, just finished watching Masterfarce from last night and I'm devastated. 😫 The judges continually emphasise that it's the taste that counts...except when they want Pete to go home. Two-faced liars...They even expressed that Ray's was lacking taste...grrrr. I was really loving Pete. Of course, I knew Eloise would be safe...never any doubts there LOL. :rolleyes:

...hey you wonderful people... being that after tonight's show I won't be here for Wednesdays/Thursdays and Sunday nights shows due to my trip to Qld for a few days I thought that I'd put up some fun (for me anyway lol!) ...something that really gave me the irrits the other night was when Zohan.... Bogan... um...Yotam!... yes!... that's it!... when Yotam walked in and Eliza went all girly girly with her fan-girling and giggling just hoping that it would get her to be the one picked for the task for behaving like that... using her 'giggling girly' charms on him like that was so pathetic to watch for me... it embarrassed him so much and just made Gary and George green with envy from what I could see... I just hate that type of 'showmanceship' crap like that... hence this Photoshop... cheers.

Yeah I thought Ray was a goner when they said he hadn't tasted the food. That has been a death sentence in the past.
