Is Exile Beach a thing on Survivor?

There have been seasons where it is part of the game

Depends, sometimes a chance to find an idol, let other wounds fester in the tribe. Sometimes it was sucky though.

The four who didn't make thru the first round were sent away until tribal that night away from the others, don't know who won the challenge. And there's an idol there!

Huh. Don't see the point except there must be an idol clue there.

I do think they thought a guy would win the season, and they still might. I'm sure they had no hint that inlyb3 guys would be left on the season at this point because that never happens. I do really enjoy that aspect of the game. These women don't feel hey need to keep guys around for strength or work or whatever. Really unexpected.
