They need to wake up, they haven't had to think at all, and the promo suggests Kate spells it out for them.

I think there's a lot about camp life that we didn't get to see.
Plus statements like "the boys are under our thumbs" "we run this game" don't help them come across as nice people.

I'm not sure he did, I think we didn't get a lot of info about pre voting last tribal.
