Are you still living in your home or has it settled?

Good Moanin OT thread!

I really hope I don't have to do much waving today, because my arms are killing me! Lifting and moving plants has left me muscle sore!

My boys are off to get shaved this morning. $120 every 8 weeks!!!!

I'll do it for $60

I would not call you fat, ever.

I would call you a Big Boy .......... BB

and anyway, you are who you are, nothing worse than a bully picking on a person, whether it be about the body or the mind (that just shows weakness, to belittle another) Supporting others is much more what life is about.

Haha. I agree that it shows weakness, also a lack of social and emotional intelligence, probably also moral intelligence. But that's ok... Coz 'e rites real gud! Rosey!

It really is delicious!

I personally can't drink lemon juice. A wedge in hot water or tea, yes, but to drink a glass, yuck. Way too bitter for me.

While my oranges look imperfect, they taste delicious!

When I was in school myself, my friends would sit around eating bananas and mandarins and oranges and apples, while I had a lemon! Haha.

In the interest of full disclosure, I usually drink it two parts lemon juice to one part water. :)

I have some oranges from a friends farm to juice up. I am sure yours are delicious. It's crazy how 'perfect' they need to look to be sold in supermarkets. There's a documentary I want to watch, can't remember the name right now, but it's about how much food is thrown away because of what supermarkets demand. Food that is perfectly good to eat, but doesn't look good doesn't pass the test and is chucked.

stupid rain ... we're planning to go to the Artisans Market at Glebe today ... but so far the rain hasnt stopped here
can someone nip outside and do a naked sun dance for me please ... I would but its too cosy in bed right now ...

i hate the wastefulness ... sadly distribution costs are so high and no market for it ... too costly to donate to charity-based kitchens ... veges etc would still be perfect for soups and casseroles ... we're stupid in the cities letting the big supermarkets dictate to us
and get this ... inlaws moved into aged care facility in Orange ... great facility ... the area is a great source of fresh food ... fruit veges meat ... you'd think they'd source locally ... but no ... they do purchasing for all facilities in bulk and freight food in ex Melbourne ... no end of complaints re standard of food from the residents ... crappy fruit (if any) in fruit bowls etc has made any change to this. The brochures talked of fresh homestyle meals etc ... utter bs. considering what they are charged to live there it is crazy that they cant have decent Fresh food from local growers and producers.

Wow! Eating a lemon. You are far more braver than me.

Is this the movie you are talking about, Sir?
