Colder, more guarded and reserved in northern Europe. Warmer and more animated the further south you go. In my experience at least. How unsurprising, you'd make an...err impression.

I was a great boss/manager. I gave the stupid team members that couldn't be fired fake busy tasks and did all the work myself out of hours. It all went fantastically. I gave projects I didn't like facetious codenames Project Red Hot Go and Project Back Yourself. I was popular with the smart ones.

Makes sense, except about doing it yourself. Wait. Oh yes, it does. :p Yeah, I had the ability to shuffle people around, and did. I got the 'supportive' boss wrap. I managed a major project internationally. Travelled a lot. London. Stuttgart. Grenoble. San Fran. I made things happen. Bill payers were happy.

tis 2.40 here - we dont do DLS LOL - I had a LOT to clean up tonight!

I am tired, but am still in work mode - like I am trying to unwind - will take a few hours ....... I just can't go to bed straight after work :( Can you?
 
The positive is that where I am helping out at, has become a HUGE success ... there have been times the owners wanted to walk, give up etc .... but it is working really well now! I was a bit flustered tonight, with the wait time of almost 1 hour, but the patrons were cool with that ......
