Yes - 2 Lots of people have come back a second time. I am meeting with the Agent tomorrow morning, so I will have a better update by then
It is a very old building (over 100 years old) Heaps of awesome features like pressed tin ceilings and wide jarrah floorboards throughout,
but it needs a bit of work

I miss you introducing every sentence with crusty sailor pirate tales from the high seas. Could you start using them again? Stuff like "I've sailed the seven seas and..." or "I've been to the four corners of the World and...". And 'highjacked'. Use that again, for the fans.

Great - sounds very positive and sounds like a lovely place. Not everyone is put off by a place needing work, some weirdos actually like it so they can do the work themselves. Either way, good luck!
