What music or songs are you listening to?

OMG This is the first time I have seen this - I saw Meatloaf in concert around 2005 - right up front and got heap of cool pics and it was a great concert ........ He still had it then ..... but sorta lost it here :(

Sorta like the backup singers and the band took the lead and he was left behind ......... anyway, it is a historic moment in mucis history

As, I said here already - AFL - use Aussie bands!!!!!

They won't catch me now, I've the run of the house now.
I'll make it downstairs and into the breadbin.
That would be nice.

Suddenly he bumps into fur, that's very unwise,
A cat is much quicker than men and their eyes.
The chase that ensues can have only one end,
Unless outside help steps in for our friend in need.

But now the cat comes in for the kill,
His paw is raised, soon blood will spill, yes it will.


Cat:
Hard luck mouse, this is the end of your road.
The signpost says inside me, let me bear your heavy load.

But it's not to be, that final pounce
Knocks a jar upon his head, and lays him out.

But it's all in a mouse's night
To take on all those who would fight.


Cat's Story:
There I was with my back to the wall,
Then comes this monster mouse, he's ten feet tall,
With teeth and claws to match.

...I'm going great guns Groover my good friend... how are you trundling along?... it is a good song isn't it?... I'm in a happy go lucky mood tonight and felt like listening to some happy bouncy songs and these two fit the bill...cheers.

Fantastic you are going great guns :D:thumbsup: To think Godley & Creme did that face merging thing in their video clip way before Michael Jackson used same concept (Black or White video clip) Me, I'm all good, thankyou ;)

...last Friday night at the Penrith Leagues club in NSW my sweet darling wife and I went and saw Dennis L0ccoriere (the one singing this song) who was one of the lead singers in the Dr Hook band from the 70's ... aw man can he belt out some great numbers lol!... it's the 4th time that we've seen him and he always comes out after the show to meet and greet all of his fans... he poses for photos and signs whatever... you don't very often get that nowadays... he must have sung every one of Dr Hooks hit songs alongside some of his own solo efforts too... the first song is my all time favourite Dr Hook song... the second one I love too... such a great singer and such a brilliant show... cheers.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE this group.. seen them live 4 times (5th time coming up in Feb 2016). They are incredible live <3

me likee - Where do they play? at the Metro - be awesome to see them at that ampitheatre, in the hills - can't remember the name .............. need a bit of swinging space to listen and sway to these beats!

Very mind altering music ;)
 
OH I just checked it out - that Red Hill place is where I have been years ago, and an awesome place .......... Heading there or SW?

I've seen them at The Astor and 3 times at Fremantle Arts Centre. The outdoor venues are always better. I'm heading to Red Hill. Never been there... have heard it's a great venue. wooo!

Are you in Perth Hooley?
