just think.....back in 1985 Tina Arena was on the verge of hitting the next level of her musical career, riding the chair ever high to become the one true godess and soul saver of music.
I didn't get past she was riding your high chair.

But the pure beauty and grace of Tina Arena! The way she sings! The way she moves! It is pure artistry.
I listened to Chains today (yes it's in my collection). It used to be a good song. Thanks for that.

Umm so is anyone else a Back to the Future fan? It's one of my mum's favourite movies and as a kid it was one of the only movies I was allowed to watch, more so than actually appropriate kid movies. This date seemed way in the future and now it's here! Just 7 hours and 4 minutes until Doc and Marty arrive!
YEEEES. I love those movies, seen them a million times. It would be in my list of top ten movies if I had a list of top ten movies. O_O

That's about it really. All the rest of the films I haven't seen yet or weren't just that memorable.

And Uncle Buck! I cried when John Candy died.

I love this movie. My uncles who grew up in Chicago, who now live in Sydney first introduced me to this film, and others too, but this one is a firm favourite. I also love Groundhog Day. Have no idea if it's an 80's movie. But speaking of my uncles brings these movies to mind

Groundhog Day was a 1993 film I think. Apparently an early draft of that script had the main character re-living the same day for ten thousand years.

One of my all time fave movies this. John Candy was one of those rare people who were just naturally hilarious. I loved him & most of his movies. Planes, Trains & Automobiles was excellent too. I too was so sad when he died.
