I know lol. Just a bit of teasing from my end since the relationship between Consuela and Madonna is always baiting one another and thought it would be a nice way to break the ice in this threadYeah, I thought @Consuela was a big fan of Beyonce's not Madonna (maybe even not at all) @Sweetgeek! Haha. But you got the half naked men bit right.![]()

At least someone knows me!

I wish, he continued to say she always say mean things about you. You know that nervous giggle thing you do when you just don't know how to respond- well that's how I dealt with it.
Ouch. Hahahahaha. How will you get away with this one?

Oh dear, I've been in nervous giggle territory before, complete with bright red face! If your mother-in-law pushes you about it, I'd just say my mum was having a bad day. Also, if these comments are the truth(as in not exaggerated), then hopefully she might do some self reflection & become kinder & nicer. Quite the pickle you are in

I rambled on and made up something about my boy misunderstanding and that my mum was only teasing etc... I mean really, there is no way out of this one other than to play stupid at this point. I'm lucky it wasn't my mum hearing she was called yucky, there is no way she would let that off, thank heavens my MIL is actually a peaceful woman at heartOuch. Hahahahaha. How will you get away with this one?![]()

I love gardening, especially growing veggies... IDK if you have noticed, but I am MAD for veggies! I even bought a pack of sprout seeds that you grow in a jar, sadly I did not like the taste of the sprouts.Gardening is over rated. When we first moved into our place yonks ago, it was previously a rental, so not really looked after. One arvo I thought I'd surprise the Mr & thought I'd weed the front gardens. 5 mins in I was pretty over it, but kept going. The dog ended up going nuts & scratching up more than me, so I packed it in after 10 mins & never, ever went back![]()
Hey, @Lucas, did you ever had to get a pen licence in Primary School? I vaguely remember having to get one, but I could be misremembering it due to my terrible memory.
I remember that. It was such a big thing. I thought "I'm not ready to use a pen". I was comfortable with my lead pencil.

But from memory by the time the class could use pens and that it was just casual and nothing special. The whole pen licence thing fizzled out...

Speaking of MILs, I had a voicemail from my girlfriends mother late last night and I have nfi what she is saying. She is not the most proficient English speaker at the best of times but no amount of translating has made this any clearer. I'm just going to ignore it I think.

Yeah, it did fizzle out.
Another big thing I learnt in Primary School was cursive. Before that I used to write in block letters, but writing in cursive helped to speed up my writing, although it didn't make it any neater. I still write in cursive today.

Pretty sure I was last in the whole class to get my pen license. I think I only got it out of sympathy too.

I honestly don't know. It could have been nothing more than a joke, but she is my mum, and deep down I know

I like you, @JordanS. In fact I like just about everyone, not to say I get along with every one of you and at times it may seem I don't like you, but I do enjoy the conversation with you all.
anyways, A funny thing just happened and almost caused world war to take place... My four year old son told my mother in law how my mum called her yucky... yep. kids!
The indignation, tanties etc.. is all an act or am I the only one who perceives JS in this light? lol
Admittedly is very difficult to tell through the tone of a post whether you should take the comments within them at face value.
Personally I struggle to take any of the diva crap JS writes seriously, it reeks of a Real Housewives parody. lol I think that's what JS is aiming for anyway. My 2 bobs worth.

I could not wait to upgrade to a fucking pen. All that sharpening and/or the lead breaking in the pacer drove me insane.

I have always had the feeling that Jordan only believes half the stuff he posts.

I feel no one on here understands my wicked sense of humour.. If you don't understand it, all it will come across as is wicked.

YAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

The show is actually really good too.

I think he is harmless. I don't read into it all. We all have our own way of communicating on here and we decide the level of seriousness we place on how a poster posts I figure. Jordan makes it no secret when he states he likes stuck up attitudes and figure he is reflecting that rather than actually meaning to upset someone. The indignation, tanties etc.. is all an act or am I the only one who perceives JS in this light? lol
