Hey guys! 'Member that time we stayed up all night fighting about the word biased and then we googled Barbie pictures?

Yeah good times.

Turns out everything is awesome when you're part of a team... no matter how fucked up that team is.

I am off to support the tax system that pays the benefits which finances this dysfunctional behaviour the majority of you feed off.

Honestly, I am opposed to this. I fully support and encourage vaccination so please no one get on my case about that, but it's ultimately the parents choice to do this and some people are conscientious objectors and not just blindly being anti-vaxxer loons, and I don't feel that they should be blackmailed and even bullied into doing this.

To me it feels a bit utilitarian and it takes away autonomy which is something I feel we should be able to take for granted living in Australia.

People absolutely should vaccinate their kids but this isn't the way to make that happen.

It will never happen

Just like "drug tests for Unemployed / Vouchers ( food stamps ) as opposed to cash benefits

It will NEVER pass thru the Senate as there are way too many tree-huggers and civil rights / Libertarians masquerading as representatives

I'm sorry and I know this won't keep the peace but I must respond:

Why can't people just let other people be?

Live and let live. If people want to talk about Barbie dolls here in the middle of the night let them. As long as they are not hurting and insulting anyone we should be able to talk about anything we want here.

It should not be up to one person to dictate what is interesting and what is not.

If you find people's posts irritating that much that you have to add negative comments on other people's conversations that you think are "dysfunctional" do yourself a favour and put them on ignore because obviously they have nothing of interest for you to read. Scroll on and find or start a conversation about something you think is interesting.

To post venom filled messages says more about you then a group of people having a fun and silly conversation in the middle of the night.

And just because some of us post in the wee hours of the night doesn't mean we are tax avoiding citizens and unemployed. Perhaps we have the day off or work afternoons/evenings. Believe me the people you are so worried about scrounging off on welfare aren't here in this place.

This saying comes to mind: if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all.
