General O/T Chit Chat Thread

Well, I live with someone that has dreams every night and they are very, very vocal and it is almost always a fight, in that dream.
In fact, those dreams can bring the dreamer to be with blows towards the closest wall or person present.

Scarey shit, when dreams come - I hope you can readjust soon.

I am lucky, I guess, I can not remember the last time I had a nightmare - my sleep is light and in the light and I always have dreams that I wish I lived in real life ...... so, maybe that in itself is a nightmare?

I understand about the fighting while sleeping thing. My ex used to talk and scream a lot in his sleep, and sometimes he would do physical things, and he'd try and leave our bedroom/our house and it sometimes got quite tiring having to deal with it, on top of my already whacked sleep schedule/tendency to have very horrible dreams. I used to get night terrors a few years ago. I think I may have had one this year too... or maybe more than one. I don't know.

I've been having a lot of broken sleep lately, and I keep having those sorts of dreams where you think you're awake, and a lot of fucked up stuff keeps happening, and it's really screwing with me. It's really frustrating too, because I've been feeling pretty good the last week or so (as in, not depressed/paralysingly anxious, ha) but my sleep/dreams are still terrible. Ah, perhaps one day I'll be the very picture of good mental health... although I'm not holding my breath.
