Nothing worse, I have only had 2 in my life, ended up getting Ketorolac injections in the bum, thankfully worked well, I always feel sorry for people having experienced it myself

I don't get them that often, but when I do they are horrific, and usually come in clusters, so I'll probably get one or two more this week, which sucks. But then hopefully I won't get another lot for a good few months.

Yeah, I usually get it at the beginning, I get the headache, then the aura as the pain builds then when I can't see jack shit the nausea hits me and I can't stand any noise. The good thing is the aura only lasts an hour or two, it builds up to where I can't see anything, stays that way for half an hour or so and then slowly starts to recede. I should sleep well tonight, but I can never sleep at the height of it all, I just lay about groaning in agony.

You poor thing. My auras only last about 40mins, the grey fuzz for me is more like a silver glittery flickering C shape that keeps getting bigger until it eventually drifts away. So weird. And then I just want go to bed for DAYS. Such fun

@mutleyp don't get one of those crappy nutribullet things, spend some money and get a proper decent blender. Those are two things you really need in a kitchen are a good blender and a good food processor.

Ok Mutley, I know you had had a lot of negative reviews... But here's mine.
We got a magic bullet about 5 years ago. It has been used to make juices / smoothies almost every day since. A couple of weeks ago it had some unexplained smoke coming from the motor. Then somehow it was used without being engaged properly and grinded off the spinner things so now the blender piece is useless.

So yes mines worthless now, however - not regretful at all. It was worth every cent. Worked like a dream on a daily basis for over 5 years so I'm not even complaining that it's dead now. I'm not sure how the NutriBullet stacks up. I'm sad you can't buy magic bullet anymore

How good was the magic bullet infomercial though? It was clearly the best of them all with the multigenerational families and the little storylines with the newlyweds back from their honeymoon and the drunk uncle. So good!

Same here, I would watch it every night and dream of owning it and all the amazing things u would make with it. I was SO excited when I finally got one, but I don't think I even once used a recipe. I would occasionally use it like a food processor at times and once I did use it for cake batter as per the infomercial, but that's it.
