Is Prisus/Priya the only Housemate worth watching now?

I've always been a Pristian right from the start, but of course my cold and icy heart warmed a little to some of the housemates that we've tragically lost too soon.

Gemma (don't ask why), Katie, Aisha, Cat, Marina, and Sandra are all quite close to my heart but now I'm afraid that the only reason to continue watching this season is Priya.

even then, Prisus barely gets any airtime anymore so I feel like I have to suffer through Leo constantly complaining when he doesn't get his own way instead of watching Prisus bring down her almighty wrath on those that piss her off.

What are your thoughts?

Same. Some great people have left and Priya isn't all that.

I feel that someone has started a meme on Priya or some sort of imagery and someone thought it funny or cool, and then another joined in and said yeah that's great and it has flowed on, expanded and continued and people are getting enjoyment out of a feeling of belonging to this Priya cult, yet Priya herself on the show isn't really anything particularly exciting.

Maybe it's because its a lack of access to this years series that people are spending more time on believing and hyping themselves up on things like prisus and making it into more than what it is, and people are finding themselves easily influenced by this pristian cult.

I think I actually find every single person in the house now more exciting/interesting than Priya.

So Skye and Lisa are the only original girls that you haven't liked? Do you think you will get to like Penny and Lina?:)

I'm still enjoying the variety of HM's that are still left in the house but kinda hope Skye is evicted next...

Skye flat out annoys me. I can't handle the whole "barbie" façade.
Lisa was just plain rude.
Penny looks like she's also putting on a barbie façade but time will tell and I think I'll grow to like Lina.
 
I think now the dramaaaa queens cat and lawson are gone and the Travis /Aisha relationship isn't being shown we are now seeing different sides of Leo (a nicer , vulnerable side maybe?) and also seeing that priya does actually have good relationships with the other housemates.
I actually enjoyed watching david and priya tonight
 
:penguin::penguin:Priya is worth watching, simply because you just know that everything she does, genuine or not, will be misconstrued. For instance, when Priya offered to have Leo go for the visit, immediately some of the housemates and a lot of viewers, were convinced it was just trying to make herself look good. But, it was Skye who voted Leo down, and her stated reason was, I think Priya is being genuine, and I don't think you people do. We all know and they all know, Skye wanted to be away from Leo longer. But, Priya is the one with the bad intentions. The whole "defense-gate" is another example. Anyone would've felt a little ganged-up on, with four people chanting around at you. But, Priya is accused of over-reacting.
She is like a stone thrown into a pond. The ripples keep expanding. So, when she is on screen, she causes the others to be more interesting.
But, least you think I am more than a casual Priastian ( I only practice the high holidays). I also think Dave has the same effect. To a lesser degree. Look at boob-gate. A throw away comment caused all sorts of drama. I just don't believe strategy Dave is as watchable. So he gets a bit overlooked in the process.
So far none of the newbies have this effect. And I don't believe they will.
Anyway, I think good ol Riser will win. Just because he seems the least offensive. BBAU is much more a popularity contest than the other BB incarnations. And the Australian public has shown a marked preference for nice, unoffensive, bland males. Last years Tim was an exception to the rule. And only because he was funny.

I hope Ryan doesn't win. We need to beat the tween vote!
I'm hoping Lina and Richard will create the divide between Ryan/David vs house more so that those two will crack. It's time for a female winner and Priya deserves it :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
