How did you manage to slip "Rape" into this conversation? A gang bang has nothing to do with rape.
Gang Bang:
A gang bang is a situation in which several people engage in physical sexual activity with one particular individual sequentially or at the same time.[1] Normally, there is a single individual who is the central focus of the sexual activity; for example, one man or woman surrounded by several men or women. Rather than serial couplings by two people, the gang bang is defined by the number and simultaneity of the various sex acts, such as vaginal, anal or oral sex or double penetration.
Almost all gang bangs have multiple men and one woman. While the so-called "reverse gang-bang" (one man and many women) can be seen in pornography, it is rare in real life. Male-on-male gangbangs are not as common as heterosexual gang bangs, but still occur.
Gang bangs are not defined by the precise number of participants, but usually involve more than three people and may involve a dozen or more. When the gang bang is organized specifically to culminate with the (near) simultaneous or rapid serial ejaculations of all male participants on the central man or woman, then it may be referred to by the Japanese term bukkake.[2]
By contrast, three people engaged in sex is normally referred to as a threesome, and four people are normally referred to as a foursome. Gang bangs also differ from group sex, such as threesomes and foursomes, in that most (if not all) sexual acts during a gang bang are centered on or performed with just the central person. Although the participants of a gang bang may know each other, the spontaneity and anonymity of participants is often part of the attraction. Additionally, the other participants normally do not engage in sex acts with each other, but may stand nearby and masturbate while waiting for an opportunity to engage in sex.
Obviously we have different definitions of the word which as we all know is part of the charm of English. Regardless my point was a still is that participating in an orgy or gang bang doesn't make you an immoral or loose person and has no impact whatsoever on the whether you can have an opinion on and be critical of someone cheating.

I am well aware of what your point was but you were still very wrong when you said a gang bang usually implied rape. That's not even a little bit right lol that's all the way wrong. Just saying.Obviously we have different definitions of the word which as we all know is part of the charm of English. Well you've posted your definitions and I've posted mine which clearly showed my understanding of the word wasn't unfounded so I don't see how I was all the way wrong and not even a little bit right.
Now I know there's a wider interpretation of the word, which is great.

I disagree.I'm with you on this. I don't see playing sport as a positive contribution to society, as much as the clubs push charity work etc it still seems a bit off that so many people worship men who just run around on a field. I understand it was different back in the old days when sport lifted peoples spirits, nowadays it only seems to create tension and anger.
What is worse is that their off field personalities are often ignored, especially if they are good people. They're valued for nothing more than their sport performance and I find that sad, not to mention that they're only shown in the media for negative things.
I know some people on here will disagree vehemently, but we are all entitled to our own opinions.
But it depends on your definition of "positive contribution".
Sport is something that brings passion, enjoyment, and even purpose just by following a club, and thus, the players that follow.

We all dislike certain housemates but the vast majority of us show a bit more maturity and cleverness in expressing it. That was over the top naked hatred and wishing her out of the country on top of calling her a slut based on a throwaway comment is completely uncalled for.

We can agree to disagree I guess!
People enjoy it, but it's not advancing our country and our society, or shaping our future in any important way. It's a pass time, and I think too much importance is put on NRL players and that they are grossly overpaid for what they do in comparison to other professions. I am not a big sport fan myself so I will admit I may be bias. My cousin is on track to play professionally so who knows, I might have a change of heart one day.

Nrl is one of the lowest paid football codes, if not the lowest. They get paid what they do for a reason. Week in and week out they put their bodies on the line. If they are lucky their career will last 10yrs. In that 10 yrs they will have multiple injuries. They work hard to keep in form and keep fit. Not everyone can do it either, it takes determination and hard work.

What's the club out of curiosity?Oh and the club Aisha works at is full of posers. I like how BB fail to bring up how she's just a retail chick at Bondi Junction Nike store during the day. Not as glamourous as her door bitch life.

I'm actually surprised by this alternative interpretation. From a us perspective and my own, I hear "gang bang" and I think rape.Well you've posted your definitions and I've posted mine which clearly showed my understanding of the word wasn't unfounded so I don't see how I was all the way wrong and not even a little bit right.

Yep. 100%. I have never, ever ever ever ever ever ever ever heard "gang bang" used in the sense that the recipient was willing and it was consensual. The laugh I had when I saw the source was Wikipedia though lol and then to scroll down and under "See Also" I find: Gang rape. Ummm...pretty sure that's what @Consuela was sayingI'm actually surprised by this alternative interpretation. From a us perspective and my own, I hear "gang bang" and I think rape.
Multiple people having sex = an orgy. Multiple people having sex with one recipient and the recipient has consented = running a train on them. A gang bang is not either of those things ffs. When will people learn that ANYONE can write shit on Wiki and that doesn't mean it's true, let alone should be used as a reference?! Like seriously now. People treat it like it's the gospel and yet anyone can go edit pages without even having to provide a source. And look at the sources provided on that page haha. If those two lonely references don't give you a clue you're being had, nothing will.
Gang bang = group rape. Doesn't matter what any schmuck with a keyboard decides to advertise on Wiki. It's not that hard to figure out.

First of all, I said "most" not "all" in regards to posters.
Second I find it somewhat a contrary statement when you eluded that expressing of denigration towards a housemate is ok if it's in a tone of "maturity and cleverness"....... To me that's semantics and that's the point I'm trying to make in my OP, So thanks for demonstrating that for me
And thirdly, yeah I liked the post for its malarky, purely because I knew what a ridiculous commotion it would cause!
