Thanks for the tip @el'coopo, I will have to buy Trala's cookbook, hopefullybon mate rates. As always, I'm like Illabeth in this instance and can cook and even enjoy cooking, it's just the eating part I dislike. Plus throughout the week I'm only cooking for myself, so it's pretty easy to just skip the whole veggie portion of meal time and eat a steak. And a shit load of ice cream.

Also Mr @mutleyp so glad to hear your trip is going so well, although it would help my jealousy if you said it was awful. I've been looking through my own Bali pics lately to live vicariously, lucky you actually having the real deal. Enjoy - you deserve it.

I'm happy to eat it just not good at making it. You could both come and cook for me. Or prepare in advance and send it to me weekly like my own lite n easy plan. Actually lite n easy did work for me but they won't supply to Chinchilla even though we have 20 or more people bothered to register to participate and were prepared to organise our own courier!
