In reality, Goon is the disembodied ghost of a guy who died years ago on the spot where the Big Brother house now sits. He has been dammed to haunt the place where he died for eternity!! So he sees all and witnesses all. But he is only allowed to communicate with the live world via the BBBAU site!! And since we all know how screwed up our site is, sometimes the information comes out garbled...
