The difference between Tim and Drew is the manner in which they go about the stirring. For one, Drew is very much lacking in subtlety. Tim will instigate and plant the seed, but I personally can't recall him ever outright saying, "________ said this". He's a lot more clever about it. Secondly, there's a malice to Drew's stirring that just comes off as bitchiness. His commentary in the diary room is rather mean-spirited whereas Tim is usually jovial in everything that he does.

Drew is just a sneaky bitch.
