She could but she has been consistently physically shaking only on nominations and eviction nights. It seems sincere to me. She must not like the individualized attention I guess. But it is shocking that she could do acting and not control her nerves in this situation.

I can be a pretty nervy person, but I have done some (very limited!!!) acting and modelling and I switch off big time and channel the energy.. it is amazingly easy considering how nervous/anxious I can be.
