Hes a stuck up prig - and worst of all - a kill-joy - I believe housemates want to get evicted - just to get away from his parading around - he looks like an overdeveloped midget

Jade has repeated this to others - so she has understood that message

She continues to push the issue

Thanks to her not respecting his boundaries - he is now in a situation where he looks like the bad guy if he turns her completely down

Then why go and respond to those actions?!? And he continues to reply back to the issue!!! If he persisted with not showing any affection then she would've got the message but instead he chooses to display them back.
He's all talk talk but can't walk the walk.
 
Jade pretty much said she hates it when Ed gives her the "it's not going to happen speech". She doesn't want to have that talk. Which is why she wants to avoid it. Imagine if he point blank said to her leave me alone and never touch me. She would self evict.

I've read quite a few of your posts and I have a hard time believing you're not trolling people. You've desperately tried to derail this thread to be anti-Drew instead.

Why all the hate for Drew and not as much for Tully? Although neither is innocent, Tully was the one who pursued Drew, as she did Matt before Matt pulled back. Tully is the one who is hurting someone she loves on the outside. Although Drew should know better than to be an accomplice to someone's infidelity, he is still not the one cheating. If Drew was evicted before Tully, she would just cling to someone else.

Back on topic, The Jade/Ed relationship makes neither of them look great. Ed talks too much behind Jade's back and Jade tries way too hard to get Ed's attention. She even tried using Tim's attention to make Ed jealous. He has said he'd go on a date with her outside the house, but said he didn't want anything with her in or outside the house when he talks to the other HM's...They should go to the presidential suite and have a long chat.

maybe they can see each other outside of the house. cant remember who but 1 pair did and made it work.

LOL self evict.
I don't think she'd be that dramatic, she'd be upset and hurt for a little bit but would continue her time in the house and make the most of it.
That's why I strongly dislike Ed, he could have nipped it in the bud ages ago but decided to be wishy washy instead...and we all know you can't be like that with people who like you.
At first I thought he was just a bumbling fool but I think it's a strategy on his part.

Jade's attention must be a real problem for Ed's strategy. I don't think he saw that one coming.

Its a pity. I quite like Jade. I just wish she had a little more life.

I can assume you there are no trolls or polar bears in Finland. Supposedly there are trolls in Norway, which is our neighbor country and could have contributed to the mix up. Norwegians even made a movie about trolls, "Trolljegeren". Maybe you should check that out!

True... I wish he'd just do the right thing and put an end to the situation properly, be abundantly clear, and stop lapping up all the perks associated with having a girl hooked on him.
Although I don't think it's strategy as much as it is cowardice.

Ed is stupid and directionless.

Ed realises his mates are gone so is trying to "play the game". But with no strategy! Telling Jade one thing and do another is not a strategy, its hypocrisy. He knows Tim is a manipulator, so his strategy is ... get a suntan. Running around half naked all day may get the the teen girl vote but won't win the contest.

Perhaps. I could be wrong, but I think it's losing her more votes than gaining at the moment. Now, if she turned on Ed....then she might even get my vote (if I could vote :))

Lol its the only thing I find interesting about Ed. I think he's checkmated himself. He cant tell Jade to just drop off cause he'd be worried how it would look. On the outside he'd probably do some ladies tailoring with her but he'd move on pretty quick.
