It's not like that at all. She calls him names and get angry at him but I have friends who do that and it's mildly annoying sometimes but most of the time I just shrug it off because I know that they don't mean it.

That's not all she does, though. I think that the teeth tapping stuff was really cute, and it is nice to see them alone and smitten. The problem is the 'emotional blackmail' as Tim called it. She is emotionally abusing him in a way that causes him pain and guilt and embarrassment... Yeah, he could leave her if he didn't like it. But he feels like no one else understands him like she does, and no one makes him feel as good as she does when she is being nice, so he puts up with it.

I worry for you sometimes, kitten.

I just don't see it that way. Even if Drew doesn't want to leave her, he could still say something to her if he feels like he's being abused. Either it's bad and he just puts up with it, or we only see the worst bits and he doesn't actually have much of a problem with it. I'm leaning more towards the latter option, as this is reality television so we're only shown the interesting bits of what happens.

Actually, we've clearly seen him have a problem with on numerous occasions. I think he doesn't know how to handle it or extricate himself from the situation.

He has complained about her to other HMs occasionally when she's been over the top but if it was really bad, I don't think he would just put up with it.

He is terrified of upsetting her. Can't you see that? (Or am I the one who is reading this wrongly, with Tim, Ed and Tahan?)

If she was abusing him and Drew stood up for himself, why would that upset Tully? I understand why everyone else would be afraid of upsetting her because they mostly just want to complain about something she's doing that they find annoying, but abuse is a whole different situation.

Whatever. I'm going to bed.

Because we've already seen what Tully does when she is questioned on her behaviour. She turns it around on the other person in a very passive-aggressive way to make it them that is the bad guy. That's why they all say it's like walking on eggshells around her - you never know what you might say that will set of this kind of response. It's not pleasant to experience & it's not pleasant to watch.

Think we will all see quite a different Drew if Tully is evicted this Sunday...initially he'll be devastated but he will rebound pretty quickly and he will find himself breathing again.

As to Mikkayla, shame she doesn't have a better opinion of herself...I for one think she's a gorgeous looking girl and certainly wouldn't deem her as overwieght....think she can act a little bitter at times towards Tahan...which to me is a reflection on her own poor self esteem.

I'm really not sure about this, she tends to be really defensive when confronted and resorts to stuff like "why are you speaking so loud" to try prove that the other person is being aggressive/in the wrong. If Drew stood up for himself she will definitely become defensive and upset (E.g. Matt confronting Tully, Tim telling Tully he is always walking on eggshells when talking to her, Drully's last fall out where they used the Snorlax references). Come on as if you can't at least understand Drew's white knight situation. (though I have to admit when I used to be an avid fan of Mikk I couldn't see her faults either lol)

If it was really that bad, Drew would distance himself from her or he would suck it up and tell her to stop doing what she's doing. I don't know why this is even an issue. If you see a married couple bickering, would you accuse one person of abusing the other?

How about thinking about what I'm saying? Maybe give that a go!

Pot, kettle, black, etc

Yeah, whatever, pretty sure you'd have this opinion if Mikayla shat on Tahan's head.

^

What joke! Admiring someone for attitude but ignore what they are saying and how it effects other people in the house is stupid! Tahan attitude is selfish, when she bitches she is only thinking about herself and she doesn't care how it effects others in the house! When Mikkayla criticizes Tahan she is not just thinking about herself, she is also thinking about the other that Tahan has said hurtfull things about!

Your support for Tahan is immature and thoughtless! For God sakes grow up!

Your inability to accept that people have different opinions to you is immature and thoughtless! For God sakes grow up!

I haven't read any of this thread but after tonights episode i had to vent. I hate Mikkayla what a phuking disrepectful bitch. I can't believe she said she hates being asian, I'm what you would call 'white washed' asian myself and she is portraying a bad stereotype for other asians. How about having some pride in your background and culture, what would her biological parents think?! she basically disrespected everyone in her family and asians a race, I hope she gets the fuk out.

I am Asian and was brought up in a caucasian dominated area, and I used to get bullied a lot in primary and year 7/8 because of it and think the same way as Mikkayla as well. I remember back then I used to wish I was caucasian just so that I could fit in, just being in a place where there were not many Asians crippled my self esteem during the time, so I know where she is coming from/how she feels.

Though eventually I stopped giving a fuck, though I think she still has those insecurities which maes me feel sorry for her.

If I was saying horrible things to someone and after a while they stood up to me, I would have no way to blame them for what they're doing. Tully wouldn't be able to turn it back on Drew if he stood up to her.

But that's you, not her.

Well she has every other time she has been confronted.

Whatever you clearly won't budge from your Tully excuses, so more power to you. You seem to be in the wrong thread though.

Ok well we can't predict her future behaviour so we'll just have to wait and see what happens. I still think she would take ownership of it rather than blaming Drew because she can be quite reasonable when she's confronted, like when Matt confronted her.

Pot, kettle, black, etc

Maybe your comments should have some kind of logical point to them? Rather that regurgitating a comment that wasn't even worth a response the first time around!
