Every now and then you're going to come across a post on the forums that, for whatever reason, you don't like. Here's some tips on what to do next:
Some things to keep in mind when using the Report Post button:
So if you're quarrelling with another user (and not just having a debate) and don't like where things are going please report the post AND THEN add the user to your Ignore List. Do not continue the fight, do not report every post they make - report the first post, ignore them, and move on to a more stress free life.
We use common sense when moderating the forums so please use common sense when posting.

- Just ignore it. The easiest option, and great advice for leading a stress free life.
- Ignore the user. If you're noticing a trend where one user is posting a lot of things that you don't agree with or just don't like, you can add them to your Ignore List. To do this click on their name next to the post, then View profile. On the next screen, Add to Ignore List is on the left hand menu. You'll never see a post by that person again while you're logged in.
- Report the post if you find the post is particularly bad, or is breaking the rules. Use the black triangle icon found under each post. This alerts the moderating team. It's a final option, use it only in serious cases.
Some things to keep in mind when using the Report Post button:
- We are not a "family friendly" forum and we take a liberal view towards content.
- We will not take action on posts that are simply a disagreement of opinion, values or taste.
- Finding something "offensive" can be a subjective thing. We may not necessarily delete a post because you don't agree with it.
- We will always take action on posts that are clearly defamatory, harassing, vulgar or otherwise illegal.
