I hated him at first for what seemed like acting...and he still sort of acting. But he's the best at it. He deserves to win.

They could use the excuse that he turned around and looked directly at her, maybe. Not that it would fool us, but...
 
So it's safe to say Tahan, Ben, Xavier and Tully are in the HWH.
Even if Ed gave Mikkayla/Jade/K&L 4 points they wouldn't be overtaken.

Yes A Housemate that actually add some content to the show
 
Why would he get in trouble? They're nominating in a "soundproof" chamber so she technically couldn't hear him. It's also a chamber made out of glass which allows others to lip read so what's the difference if a housemate turns around and faces the others when giving nominations.
