on another note...

anyone feel like buying a small & cosy 3 bedroom home? I'm sitting here at the open home with all my friends! All none of them :'(

Sorry but three bedrooms are too many for me as it gives the impression I'm happy for my friends to crash. Unless I get a dog to live in the third bedroom. Has it been on the market long?

YOUR FAVOURITE AUTHOR?!?! No excuses for that my friend. Is he/she an author that does a lot of book signings?

Her name's Kate Morton. She lives in Brisbane so she does do a few things around the place but most of the time I don't find out until afterwards cause her website isn't really updated all that much and she doesn't always put it on Facebook. I finished her latest book last night and was determined to go but then slept in instead. D'oh! and now i'm regretting it!

Aren't friends great?! :P

Its been three weeks. Had at least one or two couples through the first two weekends. Price is too high. Not by much though, but sellers aren't budging which means buyers won't come a knockin'...

That's too bad! I've never actually read any of her books but I did a signing with her back in the day when I worked at Borders and she was actually really nice and not at all pretentious unlike some other authors we had come through.

And I bet it will be all your fault when it doesn't sell! Some people just have no clue. Don't they know these days it's all about the haggling.

Does cosy mean its not open plan? I would convert 1 room into a massive dressing room, and then have a cute little "guest" bedroom that noone is ever allowed to use ;)

You should definitely read them, they're really good! I'm glad she's really nice, she kinda seems like she would be.

Not quite open plan. Just got a nice warm & cosy feel. Would be PERFECT for you Mutley ;)
