Travis has been a fake since the day he walked into the BB House. If people still really believe that he's genuine, then they need a wake up call.
The only reason he's still there is because of his antics, and his "uniqueness".
To his credit, he's played the, "I'm a different person to the rest of you", to a tee, but, when it gets to the pointy end of the game, I think his true colours will emerge.

There were no tears when he was crying in the mole grenade.
It is dubious he is deeply religous, knowing only a short verse from the first page of the Bible.
Even the HMs say that he has catch phrases that he repeats all the time.

Before someone can call them fake, how about you prove a source that shows how different these people are on the outside. Uh... Running on the treadmill is not enticing viewing.
Travis knows that BB scans the housemates' activities looking for interesting/funny/hot-tempered things to include - things that will attract viewers.
