Update: Ben is no longer favourite! here’s the latest details. Big Brother is now into its 4th week, with Sharon, Rohan & Xavier all having been evicted from the house. In a repeat move of last year, the 2013 finale is looking likely to take place mid-week – with Wednesday, October 23rd revealed in the T&C’s of a current Big Brother KFC competition.
There’s an election happening on September 7 – and this year’s housemates are not exempt from casting their vote. The Big Brother house is no escape from the election spin, either – with housemates destined to see political campaigns from each of the running parties before voting.
Big Brother 2013 launched on July 29, ranking #4 in the OzTam TV ratings with 1,309,000 viewers – 300,000 fewer than last year’s BB launch. Proof is in the pudding as the series unfolds – the fans are complaining about the editing and ratings are dropping as a result.
It is day zero in the Big Brother house and we can reveal the theme of the backyard this year.
Tahan is confirmed as the second housemate for BB ’13 in a promo tonight. The promo revealed that Tahan is “just a down to earth country girl” from Darwin who also likes to visit the city.
