And now Gretel is back

Lets do the Time Warp again!!!

… well, not on Big Brother - but after a couple of months missing in action Gretel Killeen is set to make a return to the public eye.

The former Big Brother host, now with dark short hair, is set to take to the stage as the narrator in The Rocky Horror Show in Sydney for one month from the 25th June. Gretel has also been working on a new book and written a film script in the last few years, leaving no time for her to watch Big Brother:

“To have that freedom back has allowed me to kind of forget what it is like to live in that television world.”

Gretel has also said that she’s flattered at the pleas to “Bring Back Gretel” from some Big Brother fans, but it’s a plea Kyle dismisses:

“Poor old Gretel was caned for years and years but, as soon as she leaves, they say: `Bring back Gretel’.”

It’s also been revealed that Kyle and Jackie O have signed up for three years to front Big Brother, with Kyle confidently predicting the show will return next year.

“I don’t doubt it’ll probably be back next year.”
