Update: A Big Brother producer has been in touch with the site and categorically denied that ticket sales are slow. In fact, the producer goes as far as suggesting that they had to increase the number of tickets available for the taping of FNL from 50 seats to 170.
Apparently the decision was made 2 days ago, but it took close to more than 36 hours to get an email out. Guess we’ll have to tune in to find out!
Dreamworld have today sent an email out to all of it’s subscribers encouraging them to buy tickets for tomorrow night’s first edition of Friday Night Live.
It was decided earlier in the year to make tickets available to purchase this year. In past years tickets have been given away free to fans or to families of the crew.
The interesting side note in the email delivered by Dreamworld today is the quote “Get your EXCLUSIVE ticket to Friday Night Live TOMORROW night. This is the 1st and maybe the only time these tickets will be up for grabs this season”
Obviously ticket sales are non existent and they’ve realised that watching a video screen for most of the show from the auditorium isn’t actually that exciting, and something not many fans would pay for.
