• jasonrosesSo I don't think I have EVER posted a shirtless pic so this is a big thing for me haha. But I am proud to say after doing the F45 8 week challenge I went from 90kg to 81.9kg and my body fat went from 30.2% to 21.7% AND won 1st place for my weight loss. I am going to keep going! It's safe to say I feel amazing, I feel happier and I have more energy. The last 12 months I have been under a little rock, feeling quite unhappy and depressed. This has been one of the best things I could have done for me.
